Ryan, our Director, brings almost 20 years dedicated painting experience to OCDecor, passionate about people, painting, and solution-finding. He has a hawk-like vision, specialising in quotes, sales, project management, wallpapering, and detecting defects from afar. Despite not needing to be on job sites, he enjoys working alongside the team, reflecting his leadership style. Ryan values family, friends, and his business, including his staff and music.

Tomas, from Chile, is vital to OCDecor. He has over six years of experience in plaster repairs and finishes. His can-do attitude ensures client satisfaction, and he excels in communication and professionalism. Colleagues value his humour, which enhances workplace positivity.
