Ryan, our Director, brings almost 20 years dedicated painting experience to OCDecor, passionate about people, painting, and solution-finding. He has a hawk-like vision, specialising in quotes, sales, project management, wallpapering, and detecting defects from afar. Despite not needing to be on job sites, he enjoys working alongside the team, reflecting his leadership style. Ryan values family, friends, and his business, including his staff and music.

Tanielle, the longest-serving team member at OCDecor, is famed for her attention to detail. She has never had a job callback. Trained by her grandfather, she honed her painting skills during her apprenticeship. With over a decade of experience, she infuses every project with expertise and passion. Outside of work, Tanielle enjoys camping and drawing inspiration from wildlife.

Scott is an integral member of the OCDecor team, specialising in scaffolding, concrete applications, and job software management. With over nine years of experience, he is a great all-rounder and a committed team player. Passionate about Rugby Union, Scott played for the Nelson Bay Gropers, exemplifying his dedication and discipline on and off the field.

Tomas, from Chile, is vital to OCDecor. He has over six years of experience in plaster repairs and finishes. His can-do attitude ensures client satisfaction, and he excels in communication and professionalism. Colleagues value his humour, which enhances workplace positivity. Outside work, Tomas is a foodie, keen to taste new cuisines.

Bob consistently gives his all and is known for his expertise in operating spray equipment to achieve flawless results. As a natural leader, Bob maintains a healthy work-life balance, constantly engaging in diverse activities. Bob enjoys spending time with his family and is enthusiastic about motors. With over a decade of experience, he is an asset to the OCDecor team.

Daniel, the newest addition to OCDecor, is a super-friendly and quality-driven professional. Hailing from Victoria, he brings a fresh perspective to the team while focusing on excellence. In his free time, Daniel is an avid fishing enthusiast, finding joy and relaxation in pursuing his favourite pastime. His enthusiasm and dedication make him an invaluable asset to the company and his colleagues.
